Nice unit for a weekend getaway with toys. Im surprised by how many it sleeps. I really like the pull down screen. A little small for me for longer than that. It does the job though! - Mike and Shelley.
This is hard to watch because we’re going out for the first trip of the season tomorrow and I can’t wait but I always love these new floor plan videos!
Looks like where the axles are positioned in the trailer and the short length its not gonna transfer much weight off of hitch even when loaded with toy.
Long term wise, I think I’d actually prefer tin. Delamination seems to be the thing that totals a lot of RV’s. Azdel seems to help, but I don’t see it as a cure. I do wish they’d make Dometic 2 way fridge an option.
I like the Momentum line of Toy Haulers but It boggles my mind that they don't put upgraded suspensions and tires on things that go offroad. This is a very nice simple unit but towing down the road and certainly offroad I would like to see something a little more beefy to hold that payload capacity. Thanks for the video.
One goal of this particular unit is to be budget friendly. Your suggestion would bump the price up considerably. I’ve always assumed the toys it’s hauling would be the vehicles doing the real off roading anyway.
@@WanderingWeekends I’m not talking about just the MAV line. The entire momentum line needs upgraded suspensions IMO. I think you could do it by adding $1500 to the price of each unit which would still be a budget RV for sure. Out in the western half of the US sometimes you need to get off grind before your toys can get even more off grid. Thanks for showing the new product.
Interesting unit for folks with toys. Sure would love to have that CCC in my Imagine! No table, is there room to store a folding table on top of the drop down bed? Didn't see a place to hang a television inside?
I like this trailer a lot, but I don't see a lot of storage space. Where can I put all the camping gear? Surprised the lack of storage on the exterior of the unit.
Very poor design, it would have been nothing to put an extra foot in the bathroom, make the front a bedroom and leave the back the toyhauler/living room like many of the other toy haulers like the Grey Wolf. I would never ever buy a toy hauler with that bathroom layout, nor that bedroom layout. Not that I would ever buy a Grand Design after they screwed over so many of their customers over that whole frame breaking issue.
