Just to clarify, they break the ice not for drinking water but to keep the cold drinks chilled. It's a great technique to ensure the beverages stay refreshingly cold-perfect for pairing with those delicious Chapli Kababs
Wow, this video is incredible! The way these talented men craft the iconic Afghani Chapli Kabab is nothing short of amazing. The size of those kababs and the dedication put into making them is impressive. Adam Khan's special recipe seems like a must-try for anyone who loves authentic flavours. Look it's fascinating to watch, however I have both criticism and praise. It's always a blessing to be able to help feed what seems like poor people with street food--praise God for this. The men work in unison and the labor is divided to each man's job. They show great skill with each task: breaking ice, cutting vegetables and mixing the meat-mix. I like the fact that in the beginning the guys actually presented a clean work space: washing the ice, wiping out the cooking pans... The criticism for me is: too many hands handling the food that I don't know where they've been. I see one guy picking up the fried kebab and put it into the paper--this guy was also scratching his head hair, picking his nose and handling money. For me that's not hygenic. Also, I'm curious as to why only big fat men are sitting upon the platform and mashing the meat mixture. Is this because one needs great strength and stamina to do this job? Thx for uploading the video, overall I liked it.
I want to visit all these countries! Just to see and learn more about diff cultures. The sanitation requirements in that country are horrible! Pollution is at an all time high as well. I will starve while visiting though.
