@@brijeshbisaleri6866I don't think this particular cheese wheel is Parmigiano Reggiano. There are a ton of duplicates available and this one shown in the video doesn't have stencil marking on it indicating it is genuine.
The fact that they don't scrape it out and pop that stuff on the plate bothers me I wouldn't be satisfied with this meal if they didn't do that and I need that melted cheese and sauce that you left there😅
No Parmesan cheese from wheel is used You didn’t even scrape it What a loot Do you even have to get new wheel after many servings? I bet you can use same wheel for years since nothing is added from wheel
As an Italian I think my family would disown my if I made this. My parents would say this is “Italian American” pasta, just garlic, cream, and vegetables that don’t belong, all he was missing was hot dog slices😂
Who puts hotdog slices in any kind of pasta tho? Veggies can go in whatever you want, the only thing I like about America is that we eat what we want no matter how weird or gross someone thinks it is 😂
Italy obviously had the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life, over the 2 trips totaling ab a month I’ve been on, probably ate a pasta dish or more everyday Haven’t been to an Olive Garden since & my last trip was in 2018. The pasta here can be good, majority you just can’t go back to after eating the real Italian food
Dude this wasn’t even done right… Your supposed to put pasta in the wheel and put boiling water on it to both heat the noodles and melt the cheese, then you stir it around and scrape the wheel as you go then take the now cheesy pasta out and add whatever else you want
Cooking. Allahumma sholli wa sallim wa baarik ala Sayyidina Muhammadin wa'ala ali Sayyidina Muhammadin fil awwalin wal aakhirin wa fil mala'il a'laa ilaa Yaumiddin
Calf rennet has also been used for production of some cheese varieties traditionally. That rennet ia found in calfs stomach as far as I know which extracted after slaughter them.
@@doublemusic6312 you wouldn't have to torch parmesan....the heat from the sauce melts it automatically.....that torched parmesan adds a lil burnt flavour to pasta
@@doublemusic6312 Now i will reply you in Hindi. "Agaya Swad" itnay reply padh kar" .. If i don't have understanding & knowledge of a subject usually and mostly i don't comment... 🙏
If you would think for a bit. You would realize that they would reuse a nasty cheese wheel or waste the whole thing and throw it away just for the show of one plate.
Pasta is typically thrown into a cheese wheel before adding the white sauce. The cheese wheel, often a large wheel of Parmesan or Pecorino, is hollowed out and used to coat the pasta with melted cheese by mixing it inside the wheel. After the pasta is coated with cheese, the white sauce can be added to combine with the pasta and the cheese for a richer flavor.
@@Hnz_000it's being reused over n over. How does 1 clean out a cheese wheel? Because the inside of that can't just be left as is. What a gross practice, must not know too much about bacteria in whatever country this is. U either don't clean it(yuck) or you wash it n have chemical tasting parm. Either way just dumb all the way around
I love how they just put everything people like altogether throwing out all of the rules, garlic, cream, tomatoes, olives, veggies, and load it into a big cheese wheel 🤤 💙🙏🏻💙
@@GOATEDONTHESTICKSBT3 I'm Indian but i don't know each and every Indian dish 😅 But this tastes really good and you should be proud of it . And for your information this is Italian Cheeze only ( we calling the cheeze Italian not the pasta ) . It's called Parmesan Reggiano Cheese , i guess Parmesan and Regiano are places in Italy only ( I'm not sure about the place) .
