@@brijeshbisaleri6866I don't think this particular cheese wheel is Parmigiano Reggiano. There are a ton of duplicates available and this one shown in the video doesn't have stencil marking on it indicating it is genuine.
The fact that they don't scrape it out and pop that stuff on the plate bothers me I wouldn't be satisfied with this meal if they didn't do that and I need that melted cheese and sauce that you left there😅

@@Absynthe6886 Fr. There is so much wrong with this. There is absolutely no point in using a cheese wheel when you are going to be dumping overcooked pasta and a ton of cream in it anyway. Not to mention, what is going on with that cheese? Why does it look like that? I have so many questions.

@@doublemusic6312 you wouldn't have to torch parmesan....the heat from the sauce melts it automatically.....that torched parmesan adds a lil burnt flavour to pasta

@@Hnz_000it's being reused over n over. How does 1 clean out a cheese wheel? Because the inside of that can't just be left as is. What a gross practice, must not know too much about bacteria in whatever country this is. U either don't clean it(yuck) or you wash it n have chemical tasting parm. Calf rennet has also been used for production of some cheese varieties traditionally. That rennet ia found in calfs stomach as far as I know which extracted after slaughter them.
I miss the Old Spaghetti Factory in Seattle now they have a new crappy building. The original building on the waterfront what it's like over 100 years old I remember walking into eat there a lot when I was younger with my friends and brothers it always felt like we were back in the mafia in the 1920s. Of course in Seattle fashion they tore down the old building to put up some crappy new building. They had a trolley car in the middle we used to like to eat inside of the trolley 😂
