Destiny 2 will never replicate the feel and emotions Destiny 1 brought, and the little things like these strikes were all the reason I loved it.

It's really funny to see the Garrison dodge compared to Icarus Dash in D2. Twilight looks so slow.

As usual, there are the folks who insist the game must be played as "intended", probably the same guys who blindly praise everything bungie does and blindly buy everything. No wonder now Bungie is 1 step from getting terminated by Sony. Look speedruns are legitimate as long no hacks are done. Not happy with it? GTFO.

If only Bungie made D2 for the fans of D1 to begin with. Even today the rough foundations of D2 still show themselves every now and again and the game as a whole just doesn’t have the same gameplay loops, balancing and mechanics I liked in D1.

I was so confused it was this strike at first. I always remembered the start of this strike being a little slow but you just did the skip and let your teamate do it 🤣I had a friend that would do the same but someone has to stay behind I guess. Maybe it will be a blueberry >:)

Meanwhile I get randos that are trying to kill every add they can find in the patrol zone of the strike.

That was the most absolutely insane thing I've ever seen in D1. *EVER.* And I've been playing since the beginning. I've seen every raid solo'ed, the Tombship puzzle flown singlehandedly, and everything in between. But I just HAVE to know, what did the last guy do to kill the boss instantly; before even YOU got there?

Your a fake speed runner everyone knows you joined mid strike its funny you think 1 minute 45 seconds to complete a strike my legit fastest strike is lake of shadows full strike 4 minutes 45 seconds that's a speed run what you did is fake

I do love how saying 1:45 to complete the strike, however, the real time is up on the screen. Nice 28:14 to complete. Joining at the end doesn't count.

How bungie never nuked this chestplate from orbit is anyones guess. Its a shame they constantly double down to this type of gameplay with stuff like icarus and eager edge. Hypermobility has no place in shooters.
