When escaping Clucking Bell, use the rail tracks instead of the road - go right so you pass the sawmill and you won't see a single cop. There's a spot on the racks where you can just stop and cops on the road never see you. The wanted level goes away, and it's a quick drive to Vincent. But well done! You aren't supposed to be able to do that pacifist, I suspect!
I think they are patching the horse track, nightclub connection about a day ago. Or locking people out of the horse track. Since you had the afk suggestion in a former video
Doing the Cluckin' Bell setups passive is a waste of time considering the second mission (Breaking and Entering) is a must kill. It's better to do the setups normally then do the final raid passive.
