Philippines actually once had one, During the British occupation of Manila, They made a flag with the Union Jack (Obviously) with a design similar to the USA’s, Red and White lines.

Interesting detail how the Germany one says "Gott war nicht bei dir" (God was not with you), which seems like a reference to the German battlecry "Gott mit uns" (God with us). Very neat detail.
