World Heart Day is observed and celebrated annually on September 29, with the aim of increasing awareness of cardiovascular diseases and how to control them to negate their global impact. The international holiday was established by the World Heart Federation in collaboration with the World Health Organization.
So, In this poster making video or drawing tutorial I am using pencil colours but you can draw using any colours, like poster colours or water colours. Also I am using an A4 Drawing sheet ( 300gsm ) to draw this informative poster chart. In this informative poster it is shown the do's and dont's for a healthy heart.
