Quanzhou City, also known as Licheng, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Fujian Province. At the end of the Western Jin Dynasty, the Central Plains were chaotic, and a large number of gentry entered the spring. In the Southern Dynasties Liangtian Prison (502-519) established Nan'an County as the county government, which was the beginning of the local county and county governance.
