Israel Young, World Mentoring Academy(a MOOC) prepares students to take proctored AP/CLEP/DSST etc Test out programs. You can get a degree from 3 different regionally accredited Universities with the Test out programs credits. Textbooks & test fee's can be under $5,000.

I began to think about developing a Bachelors in "Web Based Programming", which would be granted by a Regionally accredited Univ. > 18 mos, $5,000 What curriculum would you recommend for a Univ Comp Sci core courses & certs from Cisco, LPI, Redhat etc. ? When a student passed the cert test he would be rewarded Univ credit at no add'l charge. Cert's under consideration: Linux+ A+ Network+ CCNA VMware certification Let me know what you think I should add to this List? World Mentoring Academy is a MOOC, Free education to prepare for cert's & test out programs.

The language courses aren't indiviudally offered anymore, it appears. They all fall under "Foreign Language" course. (as of March 5, 2015.)

When you study at World Mentoring Academy & sign up for Foreign Languages, or other Majors, you get all the courses in that Major, you do not have to study all the courses. :)

Can you really get a degree here for less than $5000?

Yes you can earn a degree for even less if you use the Univ. Library textbooks, you can get a regionally accredited degree for less than $3,300. Free World Mentoring Academy has 200+ courses that help students pass Credit by Exam (AP/CLEP, DSST, NYU-SCPS, TECEP,ECE etc) earning college credit that can be used at Universities for part of degree requirements, or used completely all 120 units @ Thomas Edison State University(NJ), Charter Oaks College(CT) or Excelsior(NY). The other 640 courses can be used to prepare to Challenge courses at your University.
