He liberate people all around the globe so serve justice, when Light consider justice served by destroying one’s liberty. Although he didn’t directly counter him in his dialogues, the fact that Luffy was chosen to be his interlocutor is well thought out.

loose, i hope you know that what you doing with these videos is really important.. It may look just like "useless" coz is just a video... but its not. @Epic Otaku Cherry Has anyone answered you yet? I'm pretty sure it's from gintama. It's in one of the later arcs. Normally it's comedy, comedy, comedy, but it's serious arcs are really emotional. I think the one that first spoke in this video is someone the main character had to fight against. Sorry if I'm wrong! Though I'm mostly sure with myself.

Another master piece but I still believe that it can't compare to World Of Conflicts I. The only complain I may have is that the credits are too long and the song for them is to slow paced/soft and makes too much of a contrast with the song of the actual video.
