Jingles, I think the Super Pershing meant that the M46 used him as a shield and, therefore, let him die. After killing the FV the M46 first drives forward, hiding behind the Super Pershing and starts turning. While, pure based on hit points, he could have taken the shot and kept them both alive. Something QB is actually mentioning quite often lately in his vid's and streams.

He did let him die though, he had the HP, knew the AMX was coming in that direction, and hid behind the SP instead of taking the shot for him, or at least try to.

RU-vid auto subtitles declares the first replay player to be the pants of power.

Tbf when the Super P died I was thinking that the m46 should have taken the hit; whereas he seemed to intentionally hide behind the Super P which was mildly dickish

Thanks Jingles for featuring my replay in the M46 Patton, it's really appreciated, and by the way: Congratulations for you and Rita! And... well WOW..... I see that I've indirectly created a whole discussion concerning the "whether I let the Super Pershing die or not". I'm not trying to argue that I did the "right thing", but I can at least say that when I was playing, and.. also when I'm playing in general, I can't think about everything at the same time. You CAN'T always do the "right thing", and be 100% perfect. Also.. the AMX 30 could have decided to shoot the Super Pershing instead of me in order to reduce the number of guns on the enemy team. A tactic which is commonly called: Focus Firing. I also thought that the T37 might have tried to flank us from the other way but then that AMX 30 appeared. AGAIN, I'm not arguing about whether or not I did the right decision, I just want to explain my point, and that's IT. I also saw that some people think that I used an illegal mod for an automatic fire extinguisher, but I can totally confirm that I am NOT. I'm only using the modpack provided by QuickyBaby, and didn't modify anything. I only used my reflexes to put the fire out quickly.

Saying that the Tiger P had a transmission problem is not very accurate; better to say it was a problem with the drive train. That's because the Tiger P didn't have a transmission like other tanks. It was intended to use an electric drive train like a modern railroad engine. Two ten-cylinder engines in the rear of the tank drove a Siemens generator, which provided electricity for a pair of electric motors. They were linked one apiece to the two front drive sprockets, which meant a transmission was entirely unnecessary. In theory, that should have been a simple, powerful and effective drive mechanism well able to handle the weight of the tank. The problem was that the quality of copper available for the wiring, generator and motors was very poor, and the system overheated badly under normal operating conditions. That caused frequent breakdowns and occasional fires. So, yes, a tank that's almost guaranteed to break down after driving a few hundred yards is not what you want to pin the fate of your Reich on.

Jingles, since you felt you really needed to focus on that comment in chat by the SuperPershing, it would be great if you get your quotes straight. Maybe you couldn't see the dickmove in Alpha hiding behind the SP for the AMX that was sure to come. That was using a teammate who was definately a one-shot, just to preserve the health of which he had plenty to take three shots.There was absolutelt no need to drive forward first before making that turn, other than to make that turn behind the SP. For obvious reasons. What makes your commentary especially bad, is you claim the SP blames Alpha for "Leaving" him to die and you even go so far as to say he "abandoned" him. Which obviously wasn't the case. But then again, that's also really not what the SP said. He said "Thanx for letting me die" which is what happens if you have tons of health and hide behind a friendly who is a one-shot. Nobody said anything about "leaving" or "abandoning", least of all the SuperPershing. No, you came up with that, to make that innocent SP look even worse that he already did by you misinterprating the chicken move by Alpha. I like your clips and I am fine with the occasional screw up. With the amount of clips you make, it is impossible to not make a little mistake every once in a while. But what I don't like is you calling out other players, misintrepreting what they said and what happens and even put words in their mouths they never used. You are better than this. Please continue making your fun content, but think really hard before you call out other players in front of your audiance of thousands. Cuz if you're wrong about calling someone a dick, guess who is at that point? Yep.

That T 34 driver was a special kind of player.

m46 was a bit cocky because he goes behind the SP so the AMX cant shoot him... so i get the frustration of the SP.

In fact, when i watched the situation, i thought exactly the same. The m36 actually leaves the superpershing to die here. He cowers behind the superpershing fully knowing that the SP is oneshot for the amx 30, and can not turn around in time because he was tracked by the fv before. Instead of now guarding the weak rear of the SP, the m36 sets himself up in a way that the SP is absolutely open and will be killed 100% by the AMX 30. The SP is absolutely justified to lay blame on the m46, who could have easily taken the shot and survived, saving the SP.

Well he did kinda leave him to die simply because he neglected to shield him with his (>HP) tank, but this is hindsight and he probably didn't think to do that at the time.

M46 Patton is a real sweetie. It was the first tank I got 10 kills on. Quick moving, decent gun handling, great gun, good armor, good mobility. No real weaknesses as far as medium tanks go, just a solid all-around platform. Even if the M48 is technically better, the M46 is what I remember having the most fun with. Jingles I think the super pershing expected the M46 to take a shot for him, unfortunately he didn't have enough time to react anyway.

The Pershing is using an illegal mod that turns a normal extinguisher into an automatic one. As well as some cheeky aim assist.

The little known fact is a single Tiger P was actually deployed in combat as a command vehicle for the Panzerjager Abteilung 65. It was reportedly lost in combat on the Eastern front sometimes during the 1944, no further details are known.

How does auto-aim activate at 1:13, 6:55, 7:00 and 8:05? I know WoT has a bug in the replays at the moment where it doesn't show the reticle properly when auto-aiming, but this guy was able to auto-aim through hills and rocks. Either way, great vid Jingles.

Maybe there should be leagues like in StarCraft. One Bush-League for people with below 700wn8 and one for the rest. This way bots wouldn't be an issue for the majority of players and beginners wouldn't need to face good players until they figured out how HE ammo works ...

Actually Jingles, the problem with the Ferdinands was never the lack of of a hull machine gun. If we examine the Ferdinands taken out of action during the battle of Kursk we find that only a small portion of them, around about 5% were destroyed by infantry; either by anti-tank rifles or infantry thrown grenades. The vast majority suffered damage to their tracks and chasis long before they even managed to reach soviet infantry positions due to the minefields surrounding them. Infantry accounts for the smallest part of the cassualties sustained by the Ferdinands, following behind anti-tank mines, tank mounted guns, anti-tank guns, and aircraft.

He did let him die tho... It was pretty obvios that the AMX 30 would come fromt hat direction somewhere and he had more than enough hp to take the shot, instead he used the riotshield pershing as cover.

In defence for the super pershing. the m46 patton saw that he got shot from behind and the amx 30 was last spotted behind him. So why did he drive in front on super pershing and turn around. The right move was to turn around get to corner and take the hit for the super pershing.

Um, actually Jingles, Destroyer DID kinda abandon him IF you look at it from the Super Pershing's point of view...Destroyer, while moving so he could reload moved BEHIND the Pershing and used him as cover...If you look at it that way, he DID abandon him.

The reason Skorp G drivers play hyper aggressive is because similar to the Grille 15 at tier 10 it can function as a medium tank with a giant gun yet still not unreasonable reload. Hooray for TDs being better mediums than mediums.

The kv-4 in the first replay wasn't to cheap to buy a fire extinguisher, he was unlucky enough to get set on fire twice when taking 2 shots.

Ok jingles I love you (No Homo) but really that is not what the SP was trying to say there. He said "Thanks for letting me die patton." He was right to say that to destroyer. He purposely used the SP as cover even though he could have easily ate the shot. He had MORE then enough HP to take it. Also in the 1st replay I am not entirely sure but I think panzer was using autoaim+. Unless he was auto-aiming while you were using 3rd person I doubt it. He managed to lock onto a enemy tank that was completely cover by a hill/rock? What? Auto-aim does not work like that jingles. Anyway thanks for the video again jingles.

m46 patton is my favourite (and best) tank. I sold it to get the m48 and regretted it at first, but the m48 turned out to be really good too once I got the top gun.

I've had many great games in my M46 Patton, but I'll always remember one game on Ensk, where I was mobile and kept popping up behind enemies. An Ace Tanker and I took very little damage.

t-34-85 didnt learn ammo types and continues to shoot HE since it says it does more damage not realizing the game mechanics.That or he played it with the derp and thought it was great and then when upgraded his gun though it would do even better firing HE. man gonna love seeing him at tier 10. gonna take he ages but jingles videos have proved if you fail for long enough you can get there. also that was a manual fire extinguisher not automatic at 13:50. Yes i know I will have to spend even longer in the salt mines for that one.

The Scorpion G can be driven as a medium, same as the grille or the old unnerfed Hellcat. That massive alpha lets you just put a big one in the enemy, maybe take a shot in return but nothing too huge. The speed gets you everywhere and the turret rotation is actually not that slow. Maybe WG should do something about that turret rotation, because atm, the scorpion is maybe a little too good. And I have it myself, so pls nobody accuse me jealousy.

@the_mighty_jingles The M46 was a Rightclick (autoaim) master.... I guess its hard to manually aim at targets... That is why he couldn't kill the T25/2 +13:20.... You could say he did let the superpershing die, because he drove past him and then turned around (so the SuperP wpuld take the first shot). But he knew there was at least a T-37 down there. So he should of turn around and took the shot for the SuperP.

Jingles he actually DID leave the superpershing to die, because he coud've easily taken the shot (2 actually) from the 30B and had 2 guns alive, which would've been beneficial to him and to his teams win chance ... but hey, that would've been advanced gameplay right? It was also clear where he would come but he chose to deliberatly hide behind the SP.

I remember when I got the M8A1 back when I was still at low tiers, keep in mind I'm no "pro" by any stretch of the imagination, so I just got the M8A1 and the first few games I played in it were bad, I had no idea how to play it, and I died, a lot, then my 11 game in it went well, here is what happened, my team hid behind me the whole time and never hit the enemies, even though they shot many times, what also helped is the fact the enemy team cant find there body even if 500 people told them how, and some drowned, some crashed, and the rest I killed (about 5-7), and the whole time I'm thinking WHAT THE ABSOLUTE ****. ARE YOU ****** KIDDING ME

The engine in the Tiger 1P is the same design that was found in the TOG2, so it wasn't exactly new at all...

We'll hold on jingles, we can't fault the super p too much for complaining. Look at the hp of these two tanks, and look where destroyer alpha points his gun. They're both expecting tanks to come up that ally and destroyer alpha blatantly takes cover behind his one shot teammate who is tracked, and can't get his front towards the enemy. If destroyer alpha had taken the hit, they'd both be alive, and a win more likely. It was a douchebag play by destroyer alpha
