One of my most favorite tracks from the game. I can vividly imagine how the defenders of the Siegfried Line by a few months before the surrender of Germany. Once it was built merely as a decoy to hold French troops. It was totally unlikely that someday the Line was to be actually used. We were utterly wrong. Lied by the politicians. Even though it was apparent that Germany has lost its initiatives in the war, we didn't expect that we would be set back THIS far. Now the enemies are knocking on the frontdoor of the fatherland. Undersupplied, exhausted, stripped off of the morale. The newest reinforcements, the fortifications of the Line, the equipment and the materiel are all equally in the worst state ever.
