Whoa... get chills every time that kid starts singing! The music in this game is... just amazing!!!?! It certifies what is otherwise a fairly immature experience & grants it a theatrical magnitude! That... & this makes me wanna load up my account & start leveling my Deathnell,me ole' DK from WotLK
In the expansion Wrath of the Lich King,Arthas is looking like an extremely powerful lich but when you stay and think that he had the power to raise an army of undead you would think "why the hell Azeroth is not destroyed",because Arthas powers was weakening. If his powers were unlimited i assume that Lich King would say "I have Sylvanas,i have the undead army,i have the scourge,oh wait, now i have whole Azeroth...Time to destroy it"
Correct me if I'm mistaken, but I thought the only reason Azeroth wasn't completely ravished was because a little piece of Arthas was holding back the full force of Scourge. I can't recall which character brings this up in game, I just remember someone saying it in a cutscene.
Great vid, though you some mistakes with the lyrics. The last line of the chorus is "Pala Uh'm Ravali Ah'm. (Fail him never)." You however worte "Palahm raval. (Fail him never). "
By the way, at the end of WoTLK "King Menethil" was actually Ner'Zhul. This is supported by the fact that any spirit trapped within frostmourne has no power over the lich king. Arthas would never let his father manifest from it either, even if he was overcome by the guilt. He lost his soul to frostmourne long ago. Only Ner'zhul could manifest from the crown of domination.
+patrick morin interesting theory there. i wonder why would nerzhul even do that? did he actually care about arthas and wanted him to die in peace? ner'zhul in life wasnt that bad either. he got tricked by kil'jaeden to draw the orcs into war with the draenei, but recognized his mistakes and wanted to fix it.
Nope Terenas Menethil is the former King of Dalaran and the father of Arthas and Ner'zhul is a former Orc Shaman that ended up getting deceived by Kil'jaeden. So Ner'zhul is not Terenas since Ner'zhul's powers are elemental powers (Shamanism) while Terenas is the power of the light (that includes his Mass Ressurection ability )
+patrick morin That's wrong man, if you had read the book, you would know that Arthas killed the child (his humanity) and the chaman (nerzhul) before his awakening, before the wrath of the lich king. There's only the undead part of arthas in this expansion, the orc in the throne is dead
Good point young sir... This could lead to ner'zhul getting a "physical" form and a whole new story to him, shame arthas ripped so early... if only tirion died... oh *spoiler incoming* w8, he did die... only like 4 expansions after Wrath... sadness
Arthas was fully the Litch King. Before Arthas it was Ner'Zhul. The year between WC3:TFT and Wrath Arthas spent battling the different entities for control of the body. "After the merger, the Lich King sat dormant for several years while storms raged across Northrend and his minions constructed Icecrown Citadel around the Frozen Throne. While the Lich King dreamt, the various personas in his mind - the death knight Arthas Menethil, the orc shaman Ner'zhul, and Matthias Lehner, the personification of the remnants Arthas' humanity - fought for influence and control over the entity. It is noticeable that if arranged accordingly, Matthias Lehner is an anagram of Arthas Menethil. Matthias tried to reason with Arthas, but Arthas killed him by running him through with Frostmourne. Ner'zhul was delighted by this, declaring that he and Arthas were now free to merge into a single glorious being. Arthas rejected this offer, stating that once he had the power of the Lich King, no one would tell him what to do again. He impaled the stunned Ner'zhul with Frostmourne, becoming the dominant personality of the Lich King and ending the dream" ~ wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/The_Lich_King
+Arnion Gamer Some of them. They both have the main "an karanir thanagor mor oh angalor" part, but this one has more pro king propaganda while Invincible is about the regret arthas had when invincible died.
