This is pure nostalgia for me. For some reason I felt at home in Un'Goro, but in Dustwallow Marshes and the Swamps of Sorrow as well. Just a hunter, his pet and the wilderness. Tracking, surviving, killing.
lol, I remember I got the balls to go thru jurassic park and then when I came to sithilus and eventually saw the swarming hive, I said "hell no" and I hearthed out.
Love this track Dustwallow,Swamp of Sorrows, Wetlands Did they ever continued that killer questline in Dustwallow You know the "Who burned down the inn" mystery Man, trying to solve the mystery was one of the gnarliest nights i spent playing WoW....and than BAM! ends right in the middle of fucking nowhere....
IKR! I remember all those moments of hiding in the big tree roots to avoid that freaking devilsaur! When you wanted to find it you never could! So many freaky moments...
at last found this ! I was questing in Dustwallow marsh and then later in ungoro for Loremaster achv. loved this soundtrack but couldnt find it anywhere till now. thanks for posting
Remember doing that "Link" Quest in Ungoro that took you to Winterspring and all other Places? Yeah I picked the Boomerang Earing, the one that had a Chance for Disarming my enermies whenever I threw it... Good Times.
I remember on my 42 human priest riding through dustwallow to RFD, just to get my hands on that damn robes of the lich. so many good memories, but it was a dangerious ride in that swamp.
Ungoro or Desolance ... in Maraudon ... and of course how already told ... temple of atal hakkar . Also this playes in the dark marches ! swamp land too I think . Pretty a theme where you think you are unsecure everywhere and you getting watched ... and chased ...
Swamp of Sorrows :D I remember that place, Wet and Dirty, Full of mobs attacking you ALL THE TIME, full of boring quests, trying to grind my way to the next lvl.. ahh.. good times.
Oh yes, the good old days, when you wanted to go Deadmines, but hell, you're a Night Elf, get to the ship and...well, heck run, run for IF and run for your life, cus that damn lvl ?? crocolisk is chasing you like hell!
Un'Goro is my fav zone in the entire game. You feel like you are very far from civilization, in some unknown land with great music and ambient sound. I hope it changed very little to none in Cataclysm. The T-rex never bothered me though lol.
i remeber runnig to ironforge, with my first Nelf..took like 40 min, and the best part was trying to avoid the crockodiles that lurked in the water, but i got escorted by a lvl 51 rogue once, and after that, he stealthed and i never saw him again. :/
World of Warcraft needs to add new mob avatars in patches, not just like 10 per expansion and nothing else...then, the potential is even greater. But why do they need to do anything excessively cool like that when they're way ahead as the most played video game ever?
