It would definitely be cool as hell but drifting is very firmly the province of British light druisers and destroyers. Shame it doesn't work for the battleships as well :(

I remember the early days in World of Tanks, where this kind of accidental teamwork happened often enough to make the game fun. I also remember when World of Warcraft occasionally had some fun things happen in random groups, and not every dungeon you queued for was carried by an over-geared raider doing their dailies as fast as possible.

17:48 That's because the enemy team managed to pick up 5 repair buffs... And why I always encourage everyone to do their best to keep destroyers alive, and to deny the enemy team buffs. Especially repairs, and reload buffs. Withought those torpedo hits that Yamato would never have gone down before they or tge Shimakaze sunk someone...

Easy way to fix "Defensive AA". Make it a lot more powerful and getting longer range but while you use it, your dual purpose main arnament can't fire at ships... as it should be!

One of the extremely rare instances where WoWs players in ranked actually know and understand what they are doing and work as a team to achieve victory. What a pleasure to watch! I wish ranked matches were more like this and not the absolute fuckfest they are now because of the majority of ignorants populating this game mode.

That torpedo snipe reminds me of one i did once long ago ~ had wondered if i could fire torps through a small gap and was satisfied when they did go through and forgot about them then since there was nothing over there to target till i got a kill.

I stopped using DefAA about two months ago when I uninstalled. WG has lost it... they've lost so many captains, and the only way to keep the ship from sinking is to throw shit at the wall in the form of bells and whistles and see what sticks.... it is a shame... they had a great game...

I still use DefAA on Worcester. Of course, she comes with... let me count them... ALL THE CONSUMABLES!!! It comes standard in its own slot, so yeah, I'll happily use it. And it does seem to help a little.

I run hydro on both my Atlanta and Flint. As you said Jingles, hydro is useful all the time.

I just returned to WOWs from a very long break (before the carrier rework). I like to play DD's and I used to be quite good in them (53%winrate) but the carriers and all the radar and hydro have just broken that ship classes back. I will not continue to play that game until my favourite ship class has become usefull again. In my opinion a easy fix to this problem would be to make radar ore realistic in that it won't go through islands and make it reveal the enemy ships direction. Same goes for hydro just make islands block it. Regarding the carriers acuracy on the plaes shuold be nerved and their supply limited, also make AA of AA cruisers usefull gain so DD's can hug them for support.

Just my experience, but T7 is a special case for AA. A T7 ship with AA and an AA spec captain can be extremely effective against T6 carriers. The AA isn't quite as good against T8 planes. I also tend to run into lots of CV in randoms, so for me, AA is still useful. It is quite likely I am an outlier example.

If you play on the asian severs cause you live in Asia or Oceania You have to bring defensive fire AA I shit you not there is a carrier in every match never find matches without them It’s so bad I built my Baltimore into a full AA cruiser just to meme back on the carriers. Yes I gave up demo expert for all the AA skills That’s how bad it is Idk why it’s like this but for some reason in carriers are loved in the Asian region
