Nice, very nice. You are getting good at them quick. You may consider RPF skill to be of great value to the line given how fast and how hard the torps hit and your concealment. Landing 1 torp on a DD and if he, by some miracle he survives makes, your gun dpm even more scary.
The torpedo speed skills is something you definitely do not need. Not saying it's a waste of points but you're far better off taking a second 4pt skill instead to either improve the guns a little or take something like Radio Location or even Dazzle. You realistically have 5 spare points after taking PM, LS, SE, CE, AR, TAE and if you were to take Swift Fish it also leaves you in the akward spot of having 3 points left over for which there is nothing great to get either. So taking a 4pt skill and another 1pt skill is superior in my opinion especially considering the 4kts extra speed on the torps don't make a big difference to begin with. Same is true for the T9 and T10 of the line.
I'm not sure I fully agree. I think torp speed is the one thing that can make your torps much harder to dodge. It makes it so that the enemies have less time to dodge the torps.
If someone thinks that having torpedoes faster by 4 knots is better than having RPF and knowing where the enemy DDs are, then the next discussion somehow loses its meaning. A lot of CC's and RU-vidrs have ship builds wrong (yes I mean mainly PQ :-). Just because something is on RU-vid doesn't mean it's right.
