One of the good Battlecruisers for secondary builds or sniping positions but i play the high risk high reward path (secondaries!) , it might be risky once you get to the Hawke.

Really? Secondaries? Does it work well on the Rooke? I never really thought about it. I figured that was more of a German thing.

"This is a pvp game where you're competing against your team. The enemy is for farming" That's the truest ideology for WoWS and why it fails as a great tactical pvp game. Also, the Marblehead is no slouch. People tend to ignore it because it looks tier 3, but it has good guns and torps.
