Germany for instance you must be 16 to purchase beer and wine but 18 to purchase the harder spirits like whiskey. yea hay those are kids!!!! THEY should not be drinking, no matter what country, until they are old enough for at least 12th grade (18 or 19) legal age in usa is 21, but unofficially its like 18 or 19
