My grandpa was from China and he does the same thing. In the summer he walks around just places around his neighbourhood. In the winter he takes about 2, 5 pound weights and just walks around his basement for a hour and a half. He's 76.

My grandma lived in China and she always wakes up super early to do exercise and she is 60 years old and I lived in Singapore I am very proud of my country 😁
