Sometimes, I don’t really know how I get my ideas. Although, this wasn’t all my idea. The actual concept was presented to me by my long time friend Josh Kish. Although, I added the angle iron to the deck concept. Regardless, great idea Josh. Good on ya. During my adventures, I ran into my good friends Capron Funk, Corey Funk, Tanner Fox and the one I can’t seem to get away from….Stephen Garlatta. People are starting to call Steve and I the Scotty Cranmer and Big Boy of scootering. So good! Anyways, I had an absolute blast with the boys during this project. I went over to Lowe’s and spent about $50 in order to get all of the right materials for the video and it is probably one of my better investments! Such a hilarious time with some awesome people. When we took the scooter outside, I tried to do a triple whip originally…not happening. Tanner tried to do a triple as well and he also tried a finger whip. He said it nearly broke his fingers when he hit the deck. Capron also tried the scooter out and he did a couple double whips and just cruised around. Stephen and I both had the most fun on it though. I was amazed that Stephen was the only one to actually go down on the scooter. I thought for sure we were all going to die at some point. I ALMOST got the briflip flat on my scoot..but unfortunately I had to discontinue my attempts due to the scooters actually falling apart. But..I had a great time regardless.
