@@vinsin328 Pakistan's GDP in 2023 has slipped to 298 B USD. (Check the govt's official pdf, gdp is given in rupees there). And UP has built these expressways in a few years only. Pakistan meanwhile built them using Chinese bonds. India is building billions of worth of roads every year. We have a National infrastructure pipeline, where we will be spending 1.2T USD on roads, railways, ports by 2030.
