If it's flowmaster it has to be flowFX. The Super 10s, super 40s, all sound like hollow cans to me. On this particular car, I would go double X-pipe with some glasspacks

Trust me, I'm all too familiar with that. I had a four-cylinder Chrysler Sebring and I went to my local exhaust shop to get my resonator and muffler cut off and I just used a $40 universal exhaust and although I Loved the loudness of my car. The raspiness quickly got annoying so I ordered a vibrant bottle style resonator from Amazon and got it welded on and i couldn't have been more happier with that decision because the vibrant resonator made it sound so much better plus a deeper tone all while keeping the loudness I was looking for in the beginning😂

i don't know what it is about VVT and Vtec v6 platforms but they can sure as hell sound hella lawn mower or dirtbikish given the wrong or right setup😂, but gosh, not to this extent as i would of thought...i really could only tell it was still a v6 due to the heavier under note a v6 makes vs a docile, buzzy 4 banger..yeah i can see him coming back for sure, don't know why it sounded like that tho still..

Stock pipe diameter is 2.25". But this is essentially 3cyls into 1.75" whereas stock is 6cyls into 2.25". Unfortunately, I hate how it sounds. makes it sound like a riced out civic. These Cars sound phenomenal. i own one. Probably droney as FCK. I would put a small vibrant or dynomax resonator on it tbhh. Wont mess with volume, but will give it a cleaner tone.

Volume wise, no issue. But that is not a good engine for a true dual setup. Way raspier than I expected, gotta clean up that sound for sure.

He’ll be back in a month! Once his head stops ringing long enough to think straight. At 123 dB outside he’s probably getting a little over 100 inside. That’s loud enough to start to cause permanent hearing damage. That thing needs 14 inch magna flowsat least

maybe a true dual would work better after the j pipe, like the rv6 TD but slice off the resonator and mufflers that come on it, this reminds me of a specific VQ sound, doesnt fit the TL all too well
