Wow, this house is stunning. I like that it has a downstairs bedroom and even though I don't like loft bedrooms, this one has a loft that looks pretty spacious and I like the staircase leading up to it. The kitchen is very nice and I could see putting a table at the opposite wall so that space is not wasted. I LOVE the accordian doors on the end, it really brings in the outdoor space! And the rooftop deck and the side porch are amazing. And I love the variations you can get of this model. This builder did a great job!

The downstairs bedroom is claustrophobic. I would turn it to face the windows and move storage to the outside wall. Also, would take out big range - put in smaller wall oven and induction top. There are also less intrusive refrigerators without losing much storage inside.

I LUV the 2nd one -- similar to 1st, but a few different details, anesthetics. Love the open feeling of LR space (could even take a 2nd matching chair, but esp'ly prefer the kitchen all neutral tones, extra built-in shelves, uses SAME white subway tile in kit + bath (looks better, neater, more streamlined), prefer 2nd shower built-in shelves + bath shelves for towels, etc. in the 2nd one!!! 1 Question: Where's W/D, Laundry?

Very lovely and cozy. The trend of the bed directly on the floor is a mistake. I would not want to lower myself or get up from the ground. If I were looking for an AirBnB I would def not choose this. But, different strokes for different folks.

Staging. Most people in the US use a box spring and don't just put a mattress on the floor. The design has almost zero counter space and only one sink which would be a difficulty with most families that size.

A single sink with that many people would be a challenge, as would the counter space. The cost of the house would not cheap. A brick home in a rural area would likely cost less.

Which model has the peaked roof extending over the front deck, directly in front of the garden doors? That model also has the entry door to the living/kitchen area & the roof on the opposite side to this one. I only saw it a couple of times and haven't seen it since, but it, too was called a 'Bellevue' and had an almost identical floor plan to this one, except I cannot remember if there was a rooftop deck.

I would like to make a comment. I do not like the way you show the houses with no one talking and music in the background. I click off of each one. If your goal is to get a lot of SUBS, etc., I believe you would do a lot better with someone like Chance. I would love to see a bunch of the Tiny Homes you have shown, but I refuse to watch your videos the way you currently do them. I'm only one person but I'll bet there are others who feel the same way.
