I would looove to hear some more statistics on these accidents, like how many light/heavy accidents do you get per 1000 rentals, how many of the accidents are caused by drunk drivers (if you know that). Such a fascinating business, i'm also wondering how this business changed your view on people

White Hurrican-- YOU CAN use wheel lift to get truck unstuck. Slide bed back past safety lock about 1 ft. Lower wheel lift, tilt bed and extent wheel lift. You will push truck forward. You can also unload a car with no wheels onto jack stands using same concept with LOTS of practice

I did repos in nyc and tri state area for over 10 years, people don’t realize it can be extremely dangerous. Had multiple repos w guns involved luckily we are licensed to carry. My buddy who did same job was hit over head w pipe in Bronx and left unconscious in the middle of street he woke up wrecker and car was gone

I hit a rock once. On a blind dark bend, it lifted the front end up, ripped all the tranny apart and sump. Not one that, when the front hit the ground, the back end lifted up on a long blind right-hand bend, which caused the car to veer off. Luckily I regained control, stopping around 4/6ft in front of a 300ft drop into an old quarry. Lol Rocks can be dangerous and cause damage, especially when kids think it's funny to put them in the middle of the road. Which sadly does happen, because it happened to me.
