Continuing the trip to Italy, well... not quite just Italy, we found ourselves in mountainous San Marino. That's the second microstate we visited (watch Andorra on our channel). Super hot as anything on the Italian peninsula this summer, the sun burning through clothes and skin, but quite enjoyable nonetheless. Although there are many historical sites and towns in Europe, this is actually the first place where you would be wholly immersed in medieval architecture. Seems like the last time anything was constructed here was at least a few centuries ago, giving San Marino a unique charm. Well preserved and well maintained, definitely worth visiting.
