World's smallest thrust vector controlled model rocket? | Flights 1 & 2

This might be the smallest thrust vector-controlled model rocket the world has ever seen.
At a diameter of 50mm and a height of 380mm, this rocket comes in at an unreasonable small form factor.
Its most special attribute is its weight, as it only weighs 200g.
It is important to keep in mind that this rocket still features a TVC, a flight computer, and a parachute deployment system.
This makes single-engine launches of the type D and C possible, something I could not have envisioned a few months ago.
In this video, I walk you through the design of the entire rocket and explain most of its features.
Additionally, I will analyze the two flights it already conducted.
For those of you who want to print a thrust vector control system at a weight of around 110g yourself, I got you covered on my Patreon channel.
There you can download the STL files, and print the system yourself!

Very impressive build epically with how its 3D printed. I honestly didn't think a sub 200 gram 3D printed AND TVC model rocket was possible! I love how you challenged yourself to go small, so many great disciplines and innovations that goes into going small just like scaling up and going big!

Exactly an amazing work has been done. I am also working on a model rocket. Only in our country there are many restrictions. For example, they do not sell rocket engines in our country. For this reason, I spent 1 year trying and researching the rocket engine.

Wie sorgst du eigentlich dafür, dass die TVC genau zentriert ist? Würde mich mal interessieren, da ich kurz vor den Tuning Tests meiner TVC Rakete bin und die genau Zentrierung noch ein kleines Problem ist.

Bei dieser kleinen Rakete richte ich den Enginemount mithilfe eines präzisen Messschieber aus. Ich messe die Abstände des Enginemounts zu den vier Wänden. Gegenüberliegende Wände müssen immer den selben Abstand zum Mount aufweisen. Um das zu erreichen, verstelle ich den Nullpunkt des Servomotors im Program.
