what's really crazy is how much max's form has improved on these exercises. his squats were essentially flawless. plus he looks like an absolute tank at 10 years old.
@@Alexessspwould surprise me a 10yo that does 180, frankly. There have been guys like Mark Henry who are atleast equal benchers to him, and he was over 220 at 10, and if they mature quickly, then the whole landscape changes aswell. I could bench some 60ish for several when I was 9, I have tried bench fir the first time after I got fit, and stopped training for 2 months already. When "at it", could do 30ish one arm pushups, and about 90 pristine standard in one go. My record with planking rest was 168. I trained every other, and gained 8, to 3 a session when I got "real fit". That's all under 40kg, though. that was after 2.5 months hard training, then stopped training altogether. When 12, after a similiar surge, I was good for 80 some for a few, then I got so weak after 15months I could barely do 55 for 3. I kept my strength enough to nit completely fall apart by doing striking about 4months every year on avg, was mostly not to forget. When I did train, I went hard though, and although I didn't stay on it, was always a different person some 3 months down the line. I was doing plenty if tricep dumbell extensions, and curls fir the arms and lots of abs, chin-uos and pull-ups for the back were favourite and legs were all pistols. I have done 30 some pull-ups and about 40 chins at the time. For reference, I did bork all later, health and school included, tried training, but didn't feel it. but mid 20s I got a rope from dad, and went on to train climbing for 8/9months, and managed to climb a 4.5m rope(I think maybe a 10ft climb from the ground), handtimed at 3.2 seconds, at 93ish kg. I was "about there", as far as regional Olympic rope climbers, but was 18-30 kg heavier.
watching this with my five year old son, he has now started to use the dumbbells in the garden and i keep catching him doing press ups, i cant imagine how many young children this boy is going to motivate and set an amazing example for all our children, especially with all this crazy stuff going on in the world at the moment .This is EXACTLY what i want my young lads to see and become strong adult MEN . love this
@@ChefRichardWilkins i would put my life on the fact, that this boy will smash life in every way possible, children should be pushed by dads, it stops young boys wanting to dress up like girls and becoming a waste of life, probably like you.
@@ChefRichardWilkins Ah your the type to be negative about a kid trying to improve his physique and a father pushing his son to do better. Probably half repping 10kg in the gym biceps only.
The determination to see through that rep on the brench press was very impressive, no idea how this kid can shut out his brain to push through and get the rep completed, seen it multiple times on these videos now. Well done lad!!
That's what autism can do. Parts of the brain is damaged and doesn't function the same way a "normal" brain does. It can quite literally be a superpower in some instances and detrimental for your health and social relationships in other. ASD is different for everyone of course, make a note on that and I'm only saying that it could be the reason that Max can power through a rep like he does. This isn't a fact but rather a probable possibility!
@@earthlinggiddy8275 it isn't a fact in the sense that Max for sure has high determination because of ASD but it is a fact in the sense that people with ASD tend to have "sensory difficulties." This could be the case for Max, that he is not physically/emotionally able to feel the feeling that he should give up and quit, or at least have a deprived functionality in this area which gives him higher tolerance than most people. And to me that's a superpower.
When this lad hits his teens his strength with the foundation hes building right now will be insane. He's going to have a decade of experience behind him by the time he's 20.
Max is definitely strong for his age of 10. Please do everything in your power to protect his joints especially his knees and shoulders. I grew up on a farm so at 10 years old I was pretty damn strong from just doing hard manual labor, as I got older I got stronger by lifting heavy weights but I never took the precautions to protect my joints. Now I’m 56 years old and have bad ankles, knees that need to be replaced and a shoulder that has constant inflammation in it. Max has all the potential to be super strong but please follow any advice to protect your joint health. Way to get those PB’s..
He is definitely a future worlds strongest man in the making, this is quite unbelievable how strong he is. I remember lifting 65lb when i was 13 and he just benched 132lb at ten years old :o The person that drove past while he was pulling the tank must have been gobsmacked, I'd have pulled over and cheered him on and then probably ask you both for an autograph. Congrats Maximus this is super impressive and well done Eddie you are doing an amazing job at training him.
Eddie and Maximus, you’re doing so much more than working out together. I’m in Mississippi and I’m hearing kids 12-16 years old talking about Eddie Hall and strongman. And when they see Maximus doing more than they are at 10 years old these Mississippi boys won’t be able to stand it and they’ll get the strength itch. I started lifting when I was 12 and fell in love with it. I wanted to do powerlifting when I was in school but all we had was football, baseball, basketball and track so I never got to compete. I hope maybe y’all can raise interest in strength sports enough to where more kids can have access to it in the future. Stay strong y’all!
Mate I’ve been training over 15 years this kid is something special the weight he’s doing and he’s only ten, it’s absolutely incredible big up max!!! Keep up the good work my friend you’ll be putting you’re old man to shame in 10 years 😂😂
Damn insane PBs for Max on Bench Squat and Deadlift. With his dedication combined with his rapidly increasing lifts, he's gonna be a top notch lifter one day.
Max I can see you being the youngest strongest man in the world if you keep making the progress you are doing. At 10 years old your ability, strength and stamina are amazing, you are an amazing young man, keep up the great work with your Dad, Eddie you must be so proud of how far Max has come since he started training with you, massive well done to you both from a fellow Stokie
i fucking love you little beast, normally I don't comment, but this video changed me. you reminded me of my younger self and really motivated me to come out of a darker place by remembering me who I used to be. I love the videos, you got an awesome dad and I would absolutely love to see what you will be in the future. for sure as strong or stronger than you dad ;) much love to you and your family.
You have these young kids on the internet becoming famous for acting like little bratty punks, Doing things, and inspiring other little kids to do things that are just immoral, Illegal, Dangerous, and downright Unhealthy. So Happy to see Max, A kid who is actually doing something and being a role model to Kids his age and younger, Heck even adults, for the Right reasons. Doing things that are Healthy, Fun, and Inspiring in a GOOD way, All while still being Himself. I Love it. I just wish people Rewarded this sort of behavior over the others.
I've never hit the subscribe button so quick in my life. Jesus this boys got beast dna running right through him.....can't wait to watch the rest of his journey and there's no doubt in my mind he will be worlds strongest man one day just like his dad. Frickin awesome work boys!
I can't wait to see how strong he is at every single age he turns whilst approaching the next age, and even further into the future until he's an adult, by that point, I have absolutely NO clue what the heck will happen, it's really inspiring to see! At that point, the daughter could potentially start her progression too if it's good for the family, stay strong Max and Eddie 💪❤️
Hey Max You are the thougest 10 year old i have ever seen, You and your dad are a masssive inspiration and i wish both of you the best and i want to thank you both for what you do inspiring people all over the world the better themself. Keep up the good work!
If he keeps it up and doesn't loose interest in his late teens I can honestly see him competing in and possibly even winning WSM one day, let's face it he's got the best coach he could possibly ask for. Your an awesome father Eddie, your love and pride for your son is plain for all to see.
@@barryallen767 yes possibly although Eddie is most definitely his hero (and rightly so) and I see him wanting to follow in his father's footsteps. Eddie probably won't be too keen on the idea but at the same time if that's what Max truly wants to do I doubt Eddie would stand in his way of for filling his ultimate dream.
Awesome Max! Keep up the work! Such an inspiration to keep working out myself. Hope u and ur dad bring much more content in the future. Much love from the netherlands
The technical and overall strength improvements are elite! The biggest thing I notice though is your confidence has grown massively. Here’s to 25% increase next year
Ok I need to hit Gym Immideatly, Thank you Max you have inspired a 37 year old that he cannot be weaker than a 10 year old. Beast or no Beast. Thank you borther and congrats on the work and progress
you're a legend wee man, seeing a 10yo pull a tank, c'mon now thats awesome! keep up the work lad, i can see you competing in strong man one day, specially with an awesome dad like yours teaching you the way, hes gonna push you to reach your goals, keep it up little beast!
Every new lifters first goal in the gym is to hit 1 plate on bench. Max just did it at 10 years old. I’m recovering from a spinal cord injury and my first workout back, I was humbled by 100 pounds. Truly insane
This is so absolutely insanely impressive, surely you're going to be the worlds strongest man when you're older, I wouldn't be surprised if you become a world class strongman. Bravo.
Max is pulling crazy weight!!! I love the proud papa looks Eddie gets!!! Can see the cut in Max's tris starting to come through when he was deadlifting!!! I had to come back and edit...I wrote that be4 he worked his tris....OMFG!!! GET IT MAX!!
Wow this is amazing. Form improved so much over the last couple of months. And the mentality is defenitely there with no messing around this time. Oh yeah and the strength is insane.
Max your a little champ!! Can’t wait to see where you end up down the line 💪🏻 the determination on your face is great to see.. it’s awesome to see how proud your dad is of you.
MAX!!!! Lets Go!!!!! So hype after watching that! I am 48 years old from Cleveland, Ohio USA and you just gave me some motivation!!! Keep it up!!! Love the videos!!! You just got a new subscriber!!
Max love the channel wish me and my 8 year old grandson could hangout with you guys he has a build to get strong to but we are across the pond keep it up your dad is right nothing great comes easy
What I love most is that it seems like Max couldn't care less about his PR's, it's really when his father shows his pride (and it's awesome to see Eddie's genuine pride for his son) that his eyes really light up! Came to Eddie's content for the strength inspiration, staying for the father son relationship inspiration.
This kid is going to shoot up into a 6'5 monster when he hits puberty, and with Eddie Hall as a coach we're looking at a future British champ for sure.
Hey Max those PBs are insane! Very impressive for a 10 year old! I know people who go to my college and they can’t even do what you do! You sir are lucky to have an awesome dad!
Keep that attitude little beast big man. So damn strong at your age and ever get stronger as you age progress if that's what you want to accomplish. Congrats on all your achievements in this video.
