Good one! Nearly fell off the sofa as a 13 yo when Dennis Amiss came out fully decked in a motorbike helmet. Thought he must have forgot his Harley :)

These are really good uploads. Due to the circumstances of the Packer era these wasn't much documentation of these matches. You heard stories about them but you didn't know much their the players aggregates and averages. Thanks to uploads like these tell us a lot about the WSC

The greatest fastest bowling attack in history. Garner Roberts holding Marshall croft. It was brutal fast bowling. Heart in mouth for Aussies for 10 years.!!.

Even though WSC ran for 2 seasons in Australia and a couple of tours (W Indies New Zealand) the concept changed the game forever

"Come and watch the white ball fly."Great times: painting tennis balls white in the backyard (before discovering the wonders of electrician's tape) and I even got my hands on a old motorbike helmet and that too got the white paint treatment.

You are an idiot! Pakistan had nothing to do with world series cricket. Kerry Packer was the man who started it not Carry. Pakistan are famous for bombing the Aussie hotel. Fix your country mate.

Imran was third in the bowling averages behind Le Roux and Procter but non of the other Pakistan players did particularly well. I think Zaheer averaged 30 with the bat, Majid Khan and Asif Iqbal much less. Abdul Qadir also played.

Yep, their dressing rooms& hotels were chockers with groupies. Also, @04:58 you see a guy tapping on the window then reaching under his jacket ... lol
