For years, Endzeleni Primary School, located at Sigcineni, was struggling with poor hygiene and sanitation, lack of proper teaching equipment and the learning environment in summary was just not conducive for the 164 children going to this primary school.
The learners would do their number 1 & 2 with no privacy because the toilets did not have doors; they did not have desks & used benches to teach; during exams they'd take some of the learners to teach them under trees because the desks they had were too big, hence occupying a lot of space.
