#11 is #1 - The Battle of Midway. The Battle of Leyté (pronounced, more correctly, as; laytaye) was the American invasion of The Philippines :) #22 - "The Desert Fox", was 'Erwin Rommel' - and the commander of THE BRITISH FORCES was 'Bernard Law Montgomery'..! (- NOT Burns.. 😛)

Question 22 is wrong. The "Desert Fox" was the GERMAN commander of North Africa troops - Erwin Rommel, later assigned control of the "Atlantic Wall" defensive ramparts to prevent Allied invasion of Europe. Your question asks who was commander of British forces in Africa (Montgomery).

#44 Chamberlain was PM when Britain entered the War in 1939. He resigned in early 1940 and Churchill took over.

Question 93 is incomplete. Roosevelt was president for most of the war, but died during the war, and Truman became president, famously authorizing the dropping of the 2 atomic bombs on Japan, resulting in Japan finally surrendering, ending WWII in 1945. So, both Roosevelt and Truman served as US President during WWII. :)

#63 Tojo was PM from Oct. 1941 (before Pearl Harbor) until July 1944 which was "Much of the War".

Question 97 is incorrect. Fleet Commander for German U-Boats was Donitz. Hardegen was commander of a single U-Boat at a time (he commanded several different boats during the war, but only one at a time). Donitz commanded all U-Boats for Germany.

#15 I guess that means that during WW2, Britain was occupied by the British and the US was occupied by Americans.

Question 60 is also wrong. Bockscar was the plane that dropped the atomic weapon on Nagasaki. Enola Gay (flown by Tibbets and named for his mother) dropped the 1st atomic bomb over Hiroshima.
