I add some additional information to explain concepts quite foreign to middle schoolers who claim to be 'experts' so that they can see that there's so much to learn, so thank you, too, for showing them that when you have a question, you can do the work yourself to find the answers. i dont think so, most data are wireless and sent to local city data center then sent maybe through satelittes to different country like usa for example. its not completely underwater technology.
