He's not a real chef. He's an amateur who's been doing the same tired old gastronomy for years. He supposedly made a name for himself by being innovative. He just took french and italian gastronomy and added one or two chinese ingredients. You never see him doing anything that takes any technical skill at all, because he doesn't know how to cook.
