Communication is the best thing when dealing with things of this matter. Everyone deals with certain things differently and as the gentleman said 'he knows that everyday will be different'. This is to be taken into consideration when communicating with individuals because something may change during the day or week.
Good to bring up this issue. BTW. I learned from our paediatrician that Vit D deficiency was a serious risk factor with young people staying inside instead of playing outside.
There was a time when people were raised to have God in their lives to be able to pull from the unlimited strength of an entity greater than ourselves. Then, powers that be moved the masses further and further away from God collectively, now, we have so many people with mental health issues. Speaking from the perspective of a believer, the best thing my parents ever did for me was introducing me to God from I was in my diapers. I knew I was a son of God from early on and tried to shy from it but destiny is destiny. I have called upon God so many times and gone through the fire. Always believing God and regardless of how stretched my mind got, I could still hold it together and speak with an intellectual intelligence that people could understand even if they disagreed. Because of my God, I never needed a shrink. I just needed a Psalm. However, I applaud The Prince and Princess of Wales for tackling this subject matter. God said in his word, "I didn't give you a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a SOUND mind".

Having faith (even though not strong as I like) in God is a salve for me mentally. “What a friend we have in Jesus!” The Holy Spirit can soothe a frazzled mind. If one doesn’t have a faith, find a mantra (mine’s So Hum) or something to get out of the loops that damage oneself. The work that the HRH’s are doing is great. I do still miss Queen Elizabeth though and I hope the Royals have made peace with their loss.
