7:58! You are a star man! JJ customs has the motor in I used (get pat to contact me if you're after one - it's 5.2bhp or 3900Watts). Change the brake setting from 37.5% to 50% or kiss the front splitter goodbye very fast! Infraction will be good for 80 out the box with the optional pinion on it. It'll hit 60 with the out the box gearing. Oh and get a fan or two as it'll overheat very fast when drifting it hard, although I did 5 speed run passes last night at 80 ish without any heat issues, but the high revving stuff creates a lot of heat. That gorgeous body and aero chassis mean that airflow around the motor and esc are like....zero. And order double the amount of tires you thought you would need, like right now before they sell out and you're waiting two weeks for new ones. I'd have kpet the IC5 connectors as a lot of battery manufacturers are switching to those. I like you have had the same dilemma on those. Should put some 8S speed runs down on Sat night

Kev the infraction is beautiful man and it is easy to drive but it drifts to I love traxxes but man arma did a very good job that infraction seems a lots better than the xo1 over all. keep up the good work Kev on the videos

I can say from personal experience, that this car is amazing

love this rc! Yes the xo1 got better stats but the infraction looks ways better and seems like the handling is much better! So i'd go with the infraction as well!!

Yep you will need a lot of tyres and get some lighter flints to fit the holes in the chassis or titanium screws from ARRMA

How long did the tires last for u? For me it lasted just 1.5 battery pack! Lol but it was fun nonetheless

Kevin, the iC5 connector is def better! It can handle more amps as the XT90. The pins are much bigger and can handle more current. The housing has a better heat resitance. It is backwards compatible with EC5. IC5 can handle 100 amps continue and 120 amps peak. The XT90 can handle 80 continue and 100 peak. So its better for a 6S car.

the xo1 also has a steering gyro/reciever available through traxxas. your car may allready be equipped. when i setup my 100mph car with traxxas equipment a few years ago the technology was allready available. use one of the extra knobs to control the gain.

I got mine this week here in Finland and test drove it yesterday. Man that is easy and fun car to drive! One pair of batteries and more than half of rear tyres gone 🤣 Ordered bigger batteries yesterday (6000mAh/75C). By far my best rc yet 👍💪...and first Arrma Keep up the awesome work Kev ❤

Completely agree, AVC is EPIC. I've got it on my Vaterra Rallycross and it makes a world of difference.

The reason the infraction did so much better was because it can absorb the little imperfections in the road surface at high speed, and it is 4wd, the x01 is more track and prefectly smooth surface based, great vid tho, nice work man

Hey Kev. Remove the right side battery tray. Mount the motor mount on the empty holes on the right side. You can run as long a motor as you want. Run all your batteries on the left side. Go fast!

That gyro keeps it in a straight line which makes it a dream to drive. That is a beautiful body and I would be scared to crash it but if you don't crash it then you're having maximum fun. Good job kev you keep crashing them so I don't have to

The handbrake button is real nice too. Only thing I don't love about this truck is the fact my tires are gone after only two days of owning it. Lol

Low Rider pick-ups is my brother's thing. The XO-1 is my preferred road going RC. As far as driving aids go, no thanks. I don't like having any limits when I need them to be off. I've got Traxxas and Spektrum transmitters and think the Traxxas TSM works better. I use the stock transmitter and receiver in all my RCs so far. I have a DX5C that I haven't yet used. I was going to put it in my nitro Revo but I haven't. My Losi Super Rock Rey could use a better gyro though as the power on 100% is literally uncontrollable if you full throttle at any speed.

That should come with five sets of tires from the factory. It's sssmokin'! Best looking RC car i have seen in a long while. Maybe next year, it isnt exactly cheap..

Hey Kevin, you should try the Traxxas on board audio on one of your trucks. If you don't know what it is, it makes your truck sound like it has an actual motor.

Such a sick looking car

I've had this motor/ESC setup in a traxxas summit. Its a nice setup, and waterproof. But the motor in the XO-1 is way bigger (this is more comparabla to a NEU 1515 series. the XO-1 uses a 1717. THe sabilizing function in the receiver is nice. But you can put that one into any car really. Its a couple of gyro's in the receiver. Electronics have come a long way since the XO-1 was released. :) I find the XO-1 chassis to be a rather stable one tbh. Try this receiver in the XO-1, to make a 1:1 comparison of the chassis. I think that would make for a good comparison video.

Arrma all the way. I have some traxxas but I think arrma have stepped up the game. Infraction and limitless are amazing. I hope that they release a model to rival the xmaxx! My next vehicle is going to be the infraction

Kev you should get the arrma limitless. Its a roller you can put whatever electronics you want. And i agree i hate the arrma servo thats usually the first thing i replace. And same with the spectrum controller they are alot worse then the tactic

This is their truck version of the Limitless model. The Limitless is just a roller though. It is the same chassis.
