Hey Cris, we were team Neutral Lead and it was really humbling and exciting for you to critique/cast our matches against TTV. I think the reason why Luminosity lost was because they were still running the old meta while Ben was adapting to the new one. While TTar is still really good rn, it no longer does enough damage to deal with two good defenders at once (blastoise and tree). Ben knew that, and took advantage of their picks, which is why they had greninja lane and squirtle jungle at first. With two defenders blocking damage, greninja has the space to deal enough damage and more than make up for the lack of all rounders. Really smart plays by Ben!

I am not so sure on the smart plays by BEN but LG definitely made big mistakes at 2 minutes for both matches - Game 1 had the useless dodrio unite and ttar overextended, Game 2 had the weird push for the bottom goal. However 2-0 still says BEN as the better team

@@NovaPsi371 like I said, they’re still running TTar like it’s the old meta. Old TTar used to be so tanky that it could over extend no problem. The Dodrio unite is a natural mistake, and can happen in the heat of the moment, so I don’t discredit them for that. The bottom push was definitely weird, but again, I think it’s because they’re still playing an older team comp. This is just a good example of the problems Luminosity has. While they have the best players in the world, we can definitely see that it came down to flexibility and innovation. Ben had the smarter team comp in this meta. With some of the better all rounders nerfed to all shit (with dragonite, the only buffed one, not being incredibly useful in team fights), we’re definitely going to see attacker/defender metas appear more often. It’s just that Ben did it well first.

@@InkaHacker of course, but that’s both how you should play greninja, and generally how you should play attackers. Avoid the defenders and hit the supporters first. It’s why comfey being buffed is so scary now, because it’s the only supporter that will almost never die before the pokemon they’re supporting. On the flip side, it can only heal one mon at a time unlike blissey and clefable.

I did met a very strong top lane gren. Twice. And ofc they are from the opponent. Both are running att weight, muscle, and idk forgot the last item. And x attack button.

These 2 matches just shows that Rayquaza fights are more important than dominating lanes. First match ray fight, LG was too far apart from each other (Easily single targets especially TTar) and the second fight they lost the fight because TTar (Don't know why they decided to stay and push bottom goal, 8 seconds before Ray) died with 16 sec cooldown.

That's very true. Losing Rayquaza means ur enemies can easily comeback even if u were dominating the whole game. You've a small chance to defend but that's just it. A small chance.

Correct me if im wrong, but why rollout wiggly over sing? Yes it's a strong moveset when played well but the vaule its brings to the team is roughly the same as Sing. Rollout Pros and Cons: -Decent dmg and strong CC -Very strong with EB to change trajectory of Rollout -25% HP shield that can reset per wall bounce -Unstoppable dash skill -Strong CC reset combo at choke points. -Very difficult to use but also more fun -Long af CD means a lot of down time between uses in fights Sing Pros and Cons: -Def and Sp.Def shred = increased team dmg -Combos REALLY well with Shedinja doll for safe engagements -Works better with passive ability -Also really good for disrupting enemy at choke points. -Short CD so move can be used more often to peel or setup kills -Very easy to use(braindead) The only thing Rollout has over sing is a stronger "stun" but maybe there's something else im missing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm a greninja main(gold ribbon) and I've mastered playing lane greninja in the last 3 seasons. Let me tell you, greninja is not a bad laner, the problem people have with it has more to do with their own skill issue and not greninja. Ive consistently done more damage/kills than anyone in the game (master ranked) as a lane greninja.

I always told people lane greninja/cimderace is good it stops other team from stacking cause they have great early poke and good range like bro people don't get that there clearly a counter to stop the stwcking also don't attack your farm because they will get it low while poking them out
