Some People get confused why Adam knows about Alt Martha and the other world, but Stranger didn't. The reason why is not because he traveled but because he remembered being Stranger meeting Alt Martha

It was founded in he 80s and started to loose members in the 2010 years; Uriella died in 2019; the name used in the show is probably a nod to that group
that would actually be alt-2052 as they travel through the alt-passage from alt-2019; but man... Nina Kronjäger also impressed me here immediately; she is an actress that I know - similar as Winfried Glatzeder (old Ulrich) - mainly from movies and shows produced by the public broadcast channels in Germany; and just like him she played a number of similar roles; she often plays the more posh and snobby female character who contrasts a more emotionally driven female(lead) character; so hair and make up did a great job on her; and the intonation; many people have noticed that Lisa Viscari's character sound off... but that is because Martha often sounds like she was delivering her lines on stage... and that is part of her character; she is a theater kid; and Nina Kronjäger adopts to that or more precisely she is the middle ground between Lisa Viscari and Barbara Nüsse who is revealed in this epsiode to play Eva; loved it; I mean it is visible a mile away but the also really great performance on the part of Barbara Nüsse; for two episodes she managed to play her character more like Lisa Viscari's Martha but here we see her take on some of the unique mannerisms of Dietrich Hollinderbäumer's Adam; still think that this was conceptualized before Nina Kronjäger then tried to play the role somewhere between Martha and Eva
the causal inconsistency conundrum is really wild; so in the frist two episodes we assumed that the events of Stranger-Jonas were new but here it seems like Adam has already gone thorugh those; I think here it gets clear why Sic Mundus is adamant of that idea that the temporal loop was a series of iterative loops; it is the only way to explain that the "next Jonas" seeminly will not become the same Stanger-Jonas and therefore not the same Adam; (and this might explain why they call it the last cycle... although I stay adamant that they do not mean the loop with that but a time frame before they reach their goal) but then again that begs the question if Adam sends alt-martha to his younger self for the first time? it is the only possible assumption under the given presumptions... but why does it seem like Adam does the same thing that was done before!?
Maybe not the most thrilling episode in terms of big reveals, but still essential in setting things in motion. And I love that montage song, too. Dark playlist for the win 😎
Peter Doppler is still married to Charlotte. In the church he was seen with Bennie, who, in this world, has not come out as trans (yet?). They still have something going on tho. You can't fight a strong connection, it attracts you like a black hole. (And swallows you)
Some more Biblical imagery: In the Bible Adam & Eve fell from Heaven and it was Eve who caused his fall. This is “Origin”al sin. Adam wants to return to Paradise (break the infinite dark loop), while Eva wants to keep it going (symbolic of the cycle of birth). Of course, this doesn’t really have to do with the story per se, i.e., time travel in both worlds, the ability to move between both, and the question of what caused the origin of the infinite two world loop, but it’s pretty cool imagery nonetheless. The Tannhaus/Charlotte connection that keeps being brought up has to do with the origin but you’ll never guess how. It’ll all come together soon. In the meantime, there’s still another chilling tragedy coming up that’s as cold as falling through the ice of a frozen lake on a blistering cold day, metaphorically speaking of course.
No it is really good imagery, I wish I understood more of the context so i could appreciate it haha, can’t wait to find out the rest! And if it’s the tragedy I’m thinking of cuz we are a couple of eps ahead…SLYYYYY COMMENT 😂
