Y'all it looks like flour (could also be corn starch), salt, turmeric (the spice brand is "Happy Belly"), and icy water mixed into a creamy substance that the chicken soaks in (don't know for how long). He deep fries it (don't know for how long). He doesn't give a recipe for the sauce but it's probably a traditional secret sauce minus relish OR a buffalo ranch or thousand island esque dipping sauce. Definitely just 5 ingredients for the main recipe though. You can definitely add more spices to your liking.
Ingredients: Flour, salt, pepper, ice cubes and water, mix mix mix put the chicken in it and rotate it around then after its covered in the ingredients, put it in the oil and for the sauce ik what sauce it is, its mayonnaise and ketchup, how i know? Cuz i used to mix letchup and mayonnaise as a kid so thats the texture it looks in the video, enjoy :] im making these crispiest chicken drumsticks as i am writing this comment rn
Y’all sayin pRoBaBlY nOt a. Don’t cook and b. Yes you can. Literally if you see a recipe that you wanna use different meats or try with something else, GO FOR IT. There is no law saying not to, the best way to learn is by DOING IT. 🫶🏼🫶🏼
2 cups of flour or corn flour depending how crunchy u want it 3-4 table spoons of chicken seasoning you could use 1 tsp paprika 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder salt pepper An for the batter depending how thick to thin u want it about 500ml water or beer fry on 162C for about 4-5 minutes
The crunch alone is making me drool like a dog. I need to make these drummies but I don't know what that yellow spice is, Tumeric? or Curry maybe? Idk. And the dip? Is that mayo and chechup? Gonna try it regardless. Need to hear that crunch on first bite.
Looks tasty & addictively crunchy…but what are the 5 ingredients? I don’t see any in the comments from you & the video description. Did you use flour or starch? What’s that seasoning? Somebody tell me!!!
