Hate to burst your bubble but I have a male American Shepherd black & tan that leaves that little girl in the dust. He has beautiful blue eyes that melt your heart & the sweetest most focused expression ever. He's definite show quality & will remain intact. As a matter of fact, the breed is now recognized by AKC as the American Shepherd. It's no longer the Australian Shepherd breed that cannot be registered with the AKC but has its own registry.

Yea. Not quite. I have one. A female miniature white tri color with blue eyes. She's absolutely gorgeous. A $2000 puppy and worth every penny. That one there is a really good one also.

A month ago I got an 8wk old Mini Aussie and a Shweenie puppy. They are such good buddies. The Aussie is learning all the tricks and the Schweenie says he needs no tricks because he is adorable. It's a lot of work having 2 pups, but their development of personalities and abilities is so enjoyable. The Aussie is so gentle with her much smaller buddy.

My Aussie has run away, chewed through a wall, had animal control called on us only for him to run lay on his back with his tongue out while I pet them for animal control to laugh and drive away. I’ve bathed and cleaned him just for him to run and roll around in mud right after. He would never bite me or anyone unless they were actually trying to hurt him, very smart and good boy. Learns by whistles, reads emotions well, always loves attention and to lick your face. Needs more care and attention than normal dogs but unlike many other breeds I’ve seen he was super highly intelligent to where it was like you have a best friend with you but doesn’t speak but can understand what you tell him. We would mentally be in sync.
