well i tried on my weber and it didnt work out for me.. for some reason i could not get the grill hot enough.. but i will keep trying

So my biggest problem with thighs on the grill is getting them cooked enough inside. I do not like overly moist legs or thighs. I would like to have seen you dig into one of those to see what level of "done-ness" they were. Obviously I am a master of the English language as well... ;)

I agree...nothing worse than burnt raw chicken like Dad used to make. This recipe is perfected, and it was cooked complete, but still juicy. The idea, is indirect hot heat. Try it, you will not be disappointed.
