the hit basicallly means a head start. If youre at the track , once the light turns green the car with the hit normally has 5 seconds to take off and the other car has to wait until he moves. they also call it " giving the brake"

You need someone to narrate some of these scenarios. As a new viewer I have no clue who some of the people are or what they are negotiating. For example the Casper car vs the old school Camaro. What were they trying to figure out before the race? That he had no power adder?
