Here we are 12 years later and everybody that follows professional surfing can watch this early video and say to themselves, ya that kid will be one of the best in the world one day. Thousands of young groms out there dreaming the dream and this kid made it all the way.

@LWRx1 looks like it is to me and he's pretty stoked on that kids ride cuz he didn't duck dive 'til the last second. lol! This kid is good, I'm going back to my longboard b/c I have no chance at ever doing what he's doing!
@TheRandleCode ever thought that you probably look funny to him too? everyone is different......but not everyone can surf this well. no need to hate him for it!
Well I guess a four and a half foot wave is "overhead" for a grommy wommy like that.. your right. Lets not place too much expectations on him quite yet. I've seen plenty a 10 - even 12 year old thats rip around socal/san diego as well. They just dont have parents chasing them around with cams constantly. Like I said earlier, Grats on taking advantage of what you have.
I cant believe all the haters. They are just jealous of his talent. Some say he is a dick? He's 13. He's also a guy and we women all know that guys dont mature until they are at least……ok, they never mature. LOL Keep rippin kiddo!!
