Hi. Do you think it's worth it to upgrade from the air to the helios? I can get it for 25% off right now. I have thick hair which usually gets frizzy very easily. But since I have thick hair I rarely bother to straighten it, but it helps to blow dry it

Very good video but please get a new brush. That one is toast! Could you review the GHD Helios with the Parlux Alyon? In currently looking to get a new hairdryer and I’m looking at the GHD Helios, Parlux Alyon and the SRI Salon Pro.

It's already in the bin! I've been meaning to do a Parlux video for a while, I'll get on to it soon! Alyon is much lighter and a bit more powerful in wattage, I haven't used them side by side yet so I'm not sure which gives a better result. Will let you know!

@@KristyJoan thanks! You’re review will probably determine which I purchase. FYI, GHD is having a big sale, at least in the USA, on most of their styling tools. Helios is about $75 off with a free bottle of heat protector worth $22.

I've shuffled my calender to try and get this video up for you by Friday! In brief though: Helios and Alyon are the newest technology so will have the best smoothing finish; they would be my pick our of the Parlux's & GHDs. Biggest difference is Alyon is much lighter (Alyon 456grams vs Helios 780grams) while Helios is cheaper in price (Helios AUD $290 vs Alyon AUD$325). Besides from that, they're very similar and excellent dryers! Maybe turn on notifications for my videos so you can see the video ASAP once it's posted!
