I'm still going.home gym since i was 12. Never give ☝ up. I only use the wraps for the knees for squating.nothing else.no wrist/ hand straps either, i want full control , mind and body of my program. Reg park was also one of my insperatuons. Including oddly enough ao was both hulks/ hulk hogan and lou ferrigno. Mostly hulk hogan.

Thank goodness you are absorbing wisdom from Thor...frankly, you were headed toward catastrophic injury going for serial PR lifts week after week, partly lifting for ego but also I suspect, looking to please your fans at the possible expense of your health and future career. Many of us gave similar warnings to you in the comments over the last 6 months, but I guess it required a man of Thor's stature and strength for you to finally hear what was always good advice (to train smarter and more safely) -- even when it'd been given to you instead by random, (apparently) uncredentialed, humble chumps like us...who are simply fans that didn't/don't want to see you unnecessarily ruin your nearly unlimited potentials through a stupid/avoidable injury. As a lifter for over 30 years now, trust when I tell you that the injuries will come soon enough even if you train perfectly and carefully -- the wear and tear builds up regardless. When you get to my age, both minor and the major / surgically repaired tears which had "healed" decades ago ...all tend to resurface sporadically and nag at you each time your training cycle heads toward peak strength. It f'ing sucks, simply put. Limit your risks as much as possible!
