My eta is approved 2 months back but I 140 is still not file to uscis i asked my CM said some documents needs to submit by your employer and eta will expire after 4 months so my question is when my i 140 will be filed to the authorities waiting for your valuable reply.

Thanks for your message. It is important to continue to follow-up with your assigned Case Manager for updates as they will be the first to be notified of your I-140 filing. As soon as they receive notice of filing - they will notify you for next steps, but feel free to email them asking for an update.

@@worldwidehealthstaffsolutions Thanks for your reply i am in touch with my cm as they are saying that nhc has some documents to submitted so then we can proceed for uscis so i am worried and concerned when they will complete the documents to proceed i 140.

Hi i missed your live session my wife got offer letter as a nurse aide and case manager is in touch with me so my question do i have to pay any charges during process if yes which charges and how much it cost and in what stage ??????

It is important to follow up with these types of questions with your Case Manager as they know the specifics of your case and at which stage you are in your immigration process. There are no registration or staffing agency fees, but some costs will be incurred by applicants like airfare for dependents (if you have dependents traveling with you).

@@hussainhadi3480 IELTS is not required for a Nurse Aide, but the Nurse Aide applicant should have excellent English-speaking and writing skills.
