Worried about river water overflowing and flooding rice fields during heavy rain 

Walking in heavy rain across a bridge over a river. At that time the river water looked almost overflowing, as if it was going to flood the rice fields.
Hopefully the worry that the river will overflow and then flood the rice fields will not happen.
