I will never forget. A tiny church, a tiny group of people. We met to pray all night long. Why? We were told by the visiting Messianic Jew come to briefly visit us and share his knowledge that God had told him if we did pray all night long HIS glory would fill the church. We prayed in tongues as we were all believers so there was no fear in someone not understanding what we were doing. We also prayed in our understanding. We sang in tongues and we sang in our understanding. We spent hours repenting. Confessing embarrassing sins to one another and asking God to forgive us. Then it happened as the sun was coming up. For the first time in my life God spoke to me in an audible voice and HIS glory filled the place. He told me to tell everyone, "As Moses before the burning bush the ground on which he was standing was holy ground so God commanded that we take off ours shoes because the ground on which we stood was Holy ground." I will never forget it. God is beautiful, Jesus is the son of God and Holy Spirit complete.
@@MADELANEBOK Get alone with Jesus, Holy Spirit and God every day. Find a way, just get alone with them. Listen, sit and be quiet after you have poured out your heart to HIM, Jesus, Yeshua. Make yourself ready. We don't know the hour or day of his return and we don't want to be left behind or caught off guard or not ready. Learn to hear his voice, then do what he tells you to do immediately without hesitation. Ask forgiveness of all sins. Repentance is the most important part. Without it nothing will happen. The word repentance just means turning around, turning away from doing things we know in our heart is wrong.
Real tongues comes with waves of goosebumps and chills. Anointing. The anointing provokes the utterance to come out. Without the anointing the tongues are fake. That is how it is for me. Before I was truly baptized in the Holy Spirit I was forcing myself to speak in tongues with no anointing or rather presence of Holy Ghost coming upon me. It led me to years of confusion and depression cause in my heart I knew that nothing special or spiritual was happening . but when the real deal came its not a trick to me anymore. No more confusion. Tongues are real. The quickening of the Holy Ghost brings joy of the Holy Ghost. Remember the Holy Ghost is the Comforter. That's why you feel His Presence literally. We need comfort in this cruel and wicked world. His comfort makes us to endure hardships of life as good soldiers of the Lord. I know the Holy Ghost lives in me. Its no trick anymore but rather its my reality. Stay blessed
you dont have to have the feeling or " anointing" to speak in tounges. You can be anxious, angery, depressed or anything else. And pray in tounges. Holy Spirit will pray thru you and pull you out of whatever problem that you are in. The feeling and anointing will come once the hurt and pain is cleared out.
I totally relate to the feelings you described. But i have never felt the annointing to speak in tongues i think because it has been abused so much in services that it turns me off, therefore it inhibits me from being open to that leading. That is all i can figure. People tell me so many different things that i am so confused about tongues, but i have been saved and actively living for Jesus since i was 17 yo., attanding mostly baptist churches most of those years. But i hungered for more in my worship experience so i have been attending spirit filled churches. But lately, there have been some very uncomfortable services where everyone is speaking out loud in tongues and it is very dustracting to me especially with loud banging music. I had a very unomfortable service i was in last night and i had to leave. It just didnt promote peace, very loud drums and banging keyboard and everybody babbling in tongues. Is it just me or does this sound biblical? It has almost caused me to stay away from it all together. Someone please help me understand. The bible says not to speak in tongues in public worship bc people who dont understand will think you are mad, but so many ignore that scripture and that bothers me.
I use to feel the same way when I was seeking the Lord for the infilling of the Holy Ghost. It’s not you. I was filled while I was in prayer in my bedroom so you do not have to receive it in church. I just continued seeking Him in prayer and worship. But I will say that I did have to learn to stay in my lane while worshiping and praying in the congregation (in other it’s I had to learn to focus on what God was doing and saying to me) what everybody else was doing wasn’t my concern. I get what I need when I go to church and I DO NOT allow the DEVIL to run interference. As long as Satan knows he can frustrate and/or distract you like that...he will so bind him and his demons up and keep it moving.

You DO NOT have to have hands laid upon you to receive the gift, if You are a follower of the Lord Jesus your are infilled with His SPirit for the word says the Spirit comes and lives inside you. The Lord says yo have not because you ask not so ask, with a Pure Heart and the Lord will Baptize you, this gift is a SIGN for Believers but make no mistake you do NOT have to speak in tongues to be saved! It is the Power of the Holy SPirit in and through you, do NOT use it to glorify yourself
Thank you for sharing this!! I have felt God's presence upon and in me, threw me like a hot wind of fire. I felt like a tea pot about to blow anf all I could say over and over is woah, woah, wow, wow, woah, woah, when I feel his presence it's amazing. I've never spoke in tongues, but I did interpreted tongues once. It was the most strangest experience, I was sitting reading and all the sudden the pastor from video I watching started speaking in tongues and I was hearing him speak and the words were automatically being translated in my mind for me to understand. It was incredible I was like how am I hearing this person speak in tongues and the words I'm understanding the language it's translating instantly for me. I don't even speak in tongues but I can hear it as though it's playing in my head automatically translated.

Hey Mary, please let me share something with you. Months ago I posted a comment about how I started speaking in tongues and how to do it (which I have deleted now). I saw you replied to my comment as well, that's why I want to share something with you. After speaking in tongues for a while, strange things started happening, the more I was speaking, the more I lacked self control, something took over and spoke in tongues and I couldn't control it. After many other weird incidents God showed my friend and me (who also spoke in tongues) that the tongues are NOT from him. They're from a false spirit, called the kundalini spirit. Its a deception thats going around churches, this spirit manifests in all those miracles as they had in the time of the Apostles but its NOT the Holy spirit. I'm just here to warn you, please go into deep prayer and ask God to reveal the truth to you and he will. It might take some time but he will show you the truth. He showed me the truth a while ago and Im free now. The illusion is gone. The tongues are gone. I also had those "translations" in my head, I even saw visions of the sea being parted and all kinds of beautiful and romantic stuff but its a LIE to keep you in there. The tongues are not from God and who knows what those people are really saying, maybe they're cursing at God or worse. I love Jesus with all my heart and I'm sure you do too. Im just a person online so you don't have to trust me but what Im telling you is my real experience. The same spirit that we see in churches is the spirit people receive when they practice buddhism, hinduism and other pagan religions. Its a false spirit. God bless you.
@@NoName-nh3fq be careful what you are saying....we are to TEST the spirits....the kundalini spirit IS a false spirit...it is NOT Gods Holy Spirit...I suggest you read the Word, and not listen to falsehoods and spread them...you ar e being deceived by the deceiver....if you had this experience of lack of self control, it is not from God....I feel sad with your deception of the truth.....the Bible tells all we need to learn, know and believe.. Try reading John the whole chapter 14, which is all about the COMFORTER.....there is a lot you would do well to read and you will discern false spirits from the REAL Gods Holy Spirit...Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is the unforgivable sin, too btw.
It scares me. Asking for his forgiveness is so bold of me to do. Asking him to love me and guide me is the hardest. Because I know he will. And me being a human, I'm bound to have mistakes that hurt him. So I don't think I can do it... I watch videos like this. But I don't do his ways, I don't go to church. It's really like I don't deserve his love. So I part my ways from him. It's the only way to stop hurting him.
You are worthy. He knew you before you were in your mother's womb and He gave his Son for you. Just talk to him, nothing you did is too big for Him. He is your creator.

September 14th 2018 I always worship on Saturday but sometimes I like to worship every day when I'm not busy I feel like I'm surrounded by heaven and I'm just about to go cuz I do believe we are this is such a beautiful song it's very it sounds very hebronic (Hebrew music) . as she sings in tongues she's so she sings very beautiful sounds like an angel I think it's Hebrew all the way through but it does change to different musics behind it and probably someone speaking in different tongues also. I love to sing in tongues to the Lord and he loves to hear it. HE loves to hear all his Brides( male and female) singing in tongues to him if you want tongues to receive the baptism of the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues it's very easy you become a Christian first and then you go to a Spirit-filled church and ask them to lay hands on you and you want to to open your mouth and you want to receive tongues you want to receive the DNA SEED language of the Holy Spirit by faith. you're saved by the blood of the lamb as a Christian, but when you speak TONGUES, and it's for anyone who wants it. you become a Bride of Christ.
If your reborn again or some say, saved. You can ask, the Lord Jesus for the speaking in tongues and HE will give you that gift. You must be saved in order to receive the gift of tongues.

After that, a lot had happened, crazy things that shouldn't have happened and God showed me and my friends (who also spoke in tongues) that this is WICKED!!!! Do NOT practice it, the tongues that are nowadays are demonic. Its a false doctrine! Its not Gods spirit that speaks out of those people but another spirit. PLEASE do not practice it, no matter how many bible quotes they tell you about tongues - tongues have STOPPED after the Apostles. Do not practice it, its an ancient practice that is being awakened in the last days and it is WICKED!!!! Please if you speak in tongues, REPENT AND STOP! This is not of God. How could you turn so quickly from the Spirit of God. Return to where he found you and pulled you from your hell. Repent for blasphemy and return to his calling. May God forgive you.
There is not concrete instructions for receiving the Holy Ghost or speaking in tongues. Anyone who tells you how to speak in a liar. The gift is still real however. But can only be given by God and it is powerful if it is Authentically of the Lord. There are people who try to fake it but it has no power. God will not be mocked and those people faking it will pay with their souls. You can’t mock the Holy Ghost it is an unforgivable sin. No Name was in sin when he wrote the first message and he is still in sin with this second message. God knows his intentions are for confusion and he knows that God is already punishing him for it. Do not mock the spirit of God.
In Acts 2, "tongues" means "languages". When the gift of "languages" was given, people from neighboring regions, could hear the wonderful works of God in their native language. The region from which the tongue originated was "verifiable". In order for it to be confirmed as true, the people who lived in that region confirmed that it was their language they were hearing. That's what made it a "gift". The languages were known, the "mysteries" that were spoken of were not understood. Jesus spoke many things to His disciples, that they did not "understand". Mary didn't "understand how she could become pregnant without having sex with a man. Nicodemus didn't understand how a person can be "born again". Without "understanding", those would be considered "mysteries", that could be spoken of in ANY language. Having a "session" on how to speak in tongues, is not needed today, because we have representatives from every known language in the world. Today, we can simply be taught the language. Man has been known to ALWAYS put his "spin" on God's ways; from Adam and Eve up until today. It is not wise to just do something because of "emotion". God does NOT want us to be emotionally driven. Another example of how we have "altered" God's order is: when Jesus said, "upon This Rock, I will build My church" (Matthew 16:18), He was NOT referring to a "literal rock, nor was He referring to "the church", being like a "brick and mortar structure". Look what we did. We have established MANY traditions that have simply made the word of God of "none effect" (Mark 7:9; Matthew 15:6-9). All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way...(Isaiah 53:6).
