Thank you for this opportunity to learn more from a practicing polytheist. I love learning about the Nordic traditions, especially since it’s such a major influencer to European culture even today. I have always been saddened by the exclusion of non Xian beliefs from common knowledge and it’s beautiful to see those oppressions slowly being removed.

My comment is about the 102 minute mark and Ocean's response. David's response to the Bagavad Gita, in my opinion is emotion. It is internal. Religious people confuse profound emotion and behavior with the divine. If you think of that as god, then so be it. But it has as much validity as the fairy in the light switch that turns on your lights. Meaning explaining a profound event with god is like explaining electricity with light fairies. Psychology and neurology can explain these events as science can explain how the lights turn on. So, I strongly disagree with Oceans statement that the polytheist's view is more valid because they are dealing with it directly. That I don't understand. I can say that these experiences can be duplicated in the lab.

@@jaegerolfa Yes, it is, the two are very similar, and have a common Indo-European Heritage. There are two main reasons I would go towards Hinduism, the first is it is a fully intact continuous tradition and my wife is from southeast asia which makes the Hindu gods her ancestral gods.
