Sanpada was the jurisdiction and can be transferred to vashi police station incase of further enquiry. if speed limit was the reason then how did they determined your speed ? on what basis. aftermarket modifications are illegal and can be levied with heavy fine. they cannot take you police station without specific cause and this amounts to illegal detention. they are highly misusing their powers.
