I remember watching this video a long time ago... just recently remembered it and decided to watch again. I loved the editing and the soundtrack. It inspired me to make a video of chain reaction crashes in Beamng Drive. Matrix soundtrack fits perfectly!
Some people don't like to play games just because of how it looks. In my opinion the physics and graphics in Driv3r are ok/good for coming from 2004. But that doesn't really matter. I didn't think about it, cause this game has such a great story. So if you understand and think the story is good, you will like it anyway no matter how the character moves, jumps or how a car crashes or anything- when something looks unrealistic and random it can be very funny though. If this game was a movie, it would definitely be one of my favorites. But it's a great game, I miss playing it.
Roooob91 Well said Roooob91 ! I totally agree. Moreover the destruction models of the cars in Driv3r were amazing for that time. Even today it's fun to play it. Maybe i should make a new video ? ;-)
Roooob91 Exactly how I felt as a kid. I was so caught up in the story that I didnt even know the game was considered bad until I started listening to reviews about it years later. Fuck critics
This game has aged extremely well, only letdown is the poor AI and bugs here and there but I can live with the rest of its flaws. Can't imagine how awesome it would have been if it was completely finished.
Back in 2008 when my friends and I were obsessed with driver's spectacular physics, this video was one of the top videos we would watch. Probably 100 views are from us cracking up at it, especially the overly dramatic car standing up at 1:50. I forgot about it after a while and today, 15 years later, was impressed by the 'unstoppable' crash video. Im absolutely blown away that its by the SAME dude that did the Driv3r video. Awesome job, and keep it up.
Oh my 😅!Thank you so much! This content is old but it's a classic and it also brings back nostalgic feelings. It's amazing to see that people who discovered my channel 15 years ago are rediscovering it these days. Thanks you!
@@CrashFrontier even though this was in 2007 it's actually pretty good too not only the fact that it was made in 2007, it's pretty cool that you made a video like this because pretty much I don't think many people could do this type of content.
If you know why he said 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ is because this so you see 👀 before likes 👍 they used stars 1 to 5 but then they replaced it with likes I hope you know understand
I turned 20 years old recently. I watched this video when I was like 5 and has forever been ingrsved into my memory. Thank you for entertaining child me ❤
This game truly was ahead of it's time. I remember this being the first game I played. It remains one of my favorite. I still have it to this day. I just wish I could play it on my Xbox One. :(
It was a true gem regarding car physics back then!! Today it's laughable but back then it was very realistic. It also had a director mode so of course I used it 😂😂😂
@@CrashFrontier hey sorry for never responding, my phone is bad when it comes for notifications for whenever someone replies to my comment. But yes Driv3r is a true gem of a game. I've never really used director mode because I was young and dumb lol. I also remember activating all cheat codes and going in Take a Drive then acting out scenarios in my head like in Nice with that large bundle of roads in the top right (I think). Good memories that I will never forget. Also fun fact this video was made roughly 11 months after I was born lol
I know no one will see this, but this is one of the first videos I EVER saw on RU-vid. I thought it was amazing and set high expectations for RU-vid and the internet in general. Then a few months ago I was recommended one of the new BeamNG movies and was amazed to find out that the creator was the same! It's great to see someone honing their craft over so long! It really is a small world...
Oh WOW! I feel honoured! How coool! To be honest that's why I decided to keep this old bugger on my channel. It's pure nostalgia hahah. So cool you're still here :)
I'm pretty sure this was a tribute to *Cobra 11.* For those who still don't know, it's a popular German Action Police Drama TV Show/Soap Opera that has more Crazy Car Crashes per episode than Fox News. It honestly almost made me afraid to ever drive on the Autobahn as a kid.
I watched this years ago. I saw one of your BeamNG films in my recommended section. I'm in awe as to how far you've come with your work! Keep it up, (wo)man! 🇦🇺 p.s. PC specs? Also noticed certain cars that aren't in the BeamNG repository (last I checked was a month ago). Source(s)? Are they purchased? Thanks :)
1:53 LMAOOOOO WHAT???? "In soviet Russia, even they don't know what this is, but they must find out. After all, it could be useful for... something. Everything's useful for something."
Crash frontier that’s you I thought you only made beamiNG.drive videos I love this is awesome animation that you made make more of these they’re too awesome so make 1 million more
